Facilitate company's Legal efforts to drive functional excellence through partnering across all three of the United States business (Surgical, Pharmaceuticals, Vision Care). This role will support the U.S. Legal franchise attorneys, through working on commercial and business transactions across each business unit, including a variety of commercial and non-commercial agreements. The attorney will negotiate and draft commercial agreements with healthcare professional customers, wholesalers, retail pharmacies and group purchasing organizations. The attorney will be asked to provide legal leadership on cross functional teams, identify legal issues relevant to the business and give recommendations to address critical issues so that business and legal objectives are met.
