The successful candidate will partner with and advise the business team, with emphasis on drafting, reviewing, negotiating and interpreting various commercial contracts such as: professional services agreements; technology development and/or license agreements; confidentiality agreements; master reseller agreements and hardware sales agreements, among others. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing certain matters handled by outside counsel. Occasional travel will be required, and other responsibilities will be identified from time to time.
