Responsible for overseeing legal and compliance function and providing strategic advice to management team, including coordination and utilization of outside counsel, as needed and appropriate. We have an immediate opening for an In-House Counsel/Corporate Compliance Officer to work as part of our growing team. He/she should join our corporate office with the goal to help manage the legal advice and issues across all type of activities.
