The Associate General Counsel is primarily responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of general commercial and corporate contracts as required by the company’s business units. The Associate General Counsel is also responsible for assisting the General Counsel (GC) with other day-to-day legal matters, including regulatory, corporate, employment, litigation, marketing, data security, privacy, governance and board-related matters. This role will require interaction with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including senior management, and requires excellent communication and people skills.
