As the Assistant General Counsel, the employee will work with and provide ongoing support to the General Counsel. It is anticipated that the employee be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management, staff, clients, external partners and regulatory agencies. Provide direct support to the General Counsel. Review and respond to legal inquiries raised by business units or departments. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, amendments and other necessary documentation.
