The Corporate division is the central operating unit of the company setting strategy and policy and providing business development, finance, human resources, information technology, investor relations and legal support to the businesses. The Associate General Counsel will be a highly motivated attorney with a technology law background, responsible for providing timely and effective legal support to the business, its executives and management, regarding contractual, regulatory, and risk management matters. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, works in conjunction with colleagues to support the management of legal affairs of the company.
