The General Counsel is responsible for managing and guiding the legal services for company and serves as the chief legal advisor to the senior leadership. Ensures that policies, procedures and practices of company are consistent with pertinent law and regulations. Prepares, reviews, revises, and approves contracts and agreements and assures compliance with all local, state, and federal statutes and regulations. Provides a proactive approach to solving legal issues involving the Hospital.
