This person will assist the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer with all aspects of the Company’s ethics and compliance program, including internal investigations, company policies and procedures, and other elements of the ethics and compliance program, including training and risk assessments. The employee will be expected to work successfully with various legal and business teams and provide direct legal services on a broad range of US and international compliance and regulatory matters. Conduct or supervise compliance-related investigations; work with outside counsel or internal resources in conducting investigations.
