The role of Senior Corporate Counsel will be to support the company’s commercial activities, including its international event business, its media business and other smaller lines of business. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also support the business development clients and activities. Typical projects are expected to include commercial joint ventures, complex commercial transactions, potential M&A transactions and other related matters. The Senior Corporate Counsel will be based in Atlanta and will report to the Head of Corporate Legal. The candidates applying for this job should be prepared to make several international trips each year.
