This position will provide support and analysis for various litigation and employment law matters across all lines of business, including but not limited to monitoring employment law developments, conducting legal research, analyzing legal expenditures, reviewing company’s litigation management practices and procedures, and preparing pleading responses to legal inquiries, and preparing internal presentations and communications. Conduct legal research and identify and monitor employment law developments and legislative actions. Respond to EEOC and state agency administrative charges and represent company at mediations and fact-finding conferences.
