This position involves responsibility for all aspects of company's EMEA's offensive patent litigation program in support of the company’s patent licensing business. You will be involved in developing and implementing specific cases and overall litigation strategy, supervising outside counsel, and providing internal litigation support. You will report to the Vice President, Patent Litigation, and will work closely with other attorneys and members of the company’s IP Licensing group. You will be a liaison for the Licensing group to employees of other businesses at the company whose assistance is needed to support litigation.
