This position is ideal for a mid-level attorney looking to join a growing and dynamic in-house legal team. This attorney would be responsible for negotiating with external and internal clients, vendors on commercial contracts (principally IT agreements), providing tactical legal advice to internal clients to identify and achieve solutions, independently liaising with external counsel, and generally serving the needs of the Company's legal function. The attorney will have direct involvement with all areas of the business, primarily with IT and Finance, but also with eCommerce and other departments as needed.
