The IP Counsel will drive strategic patent initiatives, technology acquisition diligence, product clearance, commercial transactions, invention harvesting, portfolio development, management and litigation support as needed. Required competencies include: patent preparation and prosecution; patent searching; competitive landscaping; freedom to operate analysis; and technology acquisition diligence. Develop a strong understanding of the business tactics and strategies and use that understanding to build strong multi-layered protective and strategic patent portfolio that efficiently builds long-term value for the business.
