This person will provide general legal support to the US business under the direction of the US General Counsel. Responsibilities will include: Advising on the launch of new investment funds, including preparing offering materials and filings and negotiating operative agreements. Assisting in the maintenance of existing funds, including negotiating side letters, updating disclosure, etc. Drafting and negotiating agreements between our funds and their various trading counterparties and service providers (such as prime brokers, clearing brokers and executing brokers).
