Provide legal advice, guidance and direction, reflecting sound judgment and substantive legal and business knowledge and expertise, to senior management and staff on all aspects of business. Draft and negotiate (in conjunction with other business executives) license agreements and related agreements for use of the company’s animated, theatrical, television and other properties on consumer products, promotions and theme parks. Draft and negotiate (in conjunction with other business executives) agency, representation, consultant, artist, vendor and other agreements as required. Work collaboratively with and advise senior management in structuring and negotiating complex deals.
