Provide legal advice, guidance and direction, reflecting sound judgment and substantive legal and business knowledge and expertise, to senior management and staff on all aspects of business. Draft, review and negotiate contract terms of high level and non-standard agreements, such as; (i) film, television, and other media option purchase agreements; (ii) print and digital distribution agreements; (iii) agency and consultant agreements; (iv) vendor and manufacturer agreements; (v) rights acquisition agreements; (vi) custom publishing agreements; and (vii) international and subsidiary rights agreements..
