The Patent Attorney will be responsible for designing and executing patent filing and prosecution strategy for matters assigned by the senior director. The Patent Attorney will work collaboratively with licensing associates and university inventors on assigned matters. This position involves all aspects of patent law with a particular emphasis on application drafting, worldwide patent filing and prosecution, and evaluating patent validity and infringement issues.
