Participates in the leadership team of a fast-growing division of a global health services company, providing legal guidance regarding highly complex state and federal health care and insurance laws and regulations. Counsel will work closely with divisional, regional, and corporate leadership to achieve the division’s strategic and tactical objectives in compliance with laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will understand the law and how it relates to the businesses, and will have experience using that understanding to help the business provide differentiated products and services to our customers. Strong analytical and communication are a must, as is a proven ability to develop and manage relationships with business clients.
