Provide legal advice for the business group on service agreements, commercial transactions and client outsourcing arrangements. Work closely with internal clients such as sales, business managers, operations managers and other company units to address, advise on and solve a variety of legal issues. Draft and negotiate with client s and their attorneys contracts for customers and vendors. Contracts include service agreements, client outsourcing arrangements, software license agreements, consulting agreements and nondisclosure agreements.
