As the principal legal officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of legal issues relating to business, including corporate governance and compliance, Board of Directors matters, intellectual property management, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC and other corporate regulatory filings. In addition to managing outside counsel, you will work with the company’s legal team and with various teams across the organization, including but not limited to: Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Engineering and Corporate Development.
