The General Counsel will be responsible for all legal affairs of the Company. This high visibility, high impact role will be the company’s first in-house legal hire and will report to the company’s Chief Executive Officer. S/he will lead, manage and grow the company’s legal function, including in the areas of technology licensing, corporate and securities, compliance and privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property, both in the US and internationally.
