The Corporate Attorney must have a proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and organizations on a wide array of legal issues with a diverse group of colleagues. He/She must be equally comfortable in front of customers, suppliers and peers both in leading and supporting roles. He/She will also engage and direct the activities of specialized outside counsel as needed although primary responsibility will always rest with the Corporate Attorney. Familiarity with contract management software, Patent and Technology Law, experience with multi-national companies and litigation experience are a plus, but not a requirement.
