Responsible for handling an array of corporate legal matters to foster company operations while minimizing company risk and ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and contractual arrangements. Handling various corporate transactional matters for the company's operations involving a variety of legal disciplines with emphasis on strategic contracting. Negotiate contracts involving all aspects of Corporate day to day operations and transactions. Develop additional form contracts and documents, as necessary, to facilitate company’s strategic contracting.
