Responsible for providing legal advice and recommendations for action to Executives and Management within a variety of business units regarding matters of various complexities (basic to intermediate) which have or may have a sizable dollar impact on business activities and Operations. This role will report to the General Counsel. Primarily leverages knowledge of labor and employment laws, in providing counsel as it builds its knowledge of the business context in which it operates. Collaborates with other corporate functions, such as Internal Audit, Controllers, Human Resources and business units.
