Advise and assist business units within the company on a broad range of legal issues in support of their business initiatives, including regulatory research affecting product distribution or those laws related to the retail industry; handling of intellectual property issues including management of company’s patent program; review, negotiation and drafting of policies/contracts; and management of compliance programs. Some familiarity with advising on marketing legal issues also preferred. Assist in enhancing department vision and strategies to support company goals. Ensure the development, implementation and on-going management of department programs.
