Develops, administers and monitors programs for compliance with laws, regulations and rules governing the operations of a public retail company, including ADA, FCPA, FDA, OSHA, Insider Trading, Customs, Prop 65, and environmental compliance. Informs and educates appropriate personnel and senior management of all compliance programs and responsibilities. Leads a team of attorneys and support staff in litigation in a wide array of matters, including product liability and commercial claims, labor and employment, corporate, intellectual property, and class actions.
