Draft and negotiate a high volume of many varied agreements. Areas of emphasis will include video games, location-based entertainment projects (e.g., theme parks and attractions), general merchandising and promotions, anti-piracy and more. Perform other duties as assigned. Our successful candidate will have a JD. 8+ years’ experience in a top law firm and/or in a studio/in-house entertainment legal affairs group. Successful candidates must possess exceptional communication skills.
