The Assistant General Counsel will provide timely, accurate, and value added legal services on a broad range of issues. Projects will include drafting and negotiating various types of commercial agreements, organizing and maintaining proper governance of business entities, and providing advice and counsel on a wide variety of issues (including regulations governing the sale of insurance products and securities, employment, intellectual property, real estate, etc.; Assistant General Counsel will play a key role in helping the legal department achieve its goal of providing timely, accurate, and value added legal services to a broad base of internal clients.
