Responsible for labor agreement administration in a team environment, including serving as spokesperson in meetings with Labor Representatives to review and respond to cases involving discipline, claim and grievances appeals for single and/or multiple labor agreements. Investigates and researches areas of concern arising in the business of labor relations and responsible for preparing the timely decisions on claim, grievance and discipline appeals. Acts as Company’s spokesperson in meetings with Labor Representatives to settle claims and grievances on behalf of the Field Manager, Labor Relations.
