Company seeks an experienced commercial credit attorney to support several of its business units, including the Business Banking Group and Special Assets Department. The Commercial Credit Counsel is a member of the Wholesale Banking Group, in the Americas Legal Department. It is anticipated that with successful performance, this role will gain increased responsibilities. Juris Doctorate and 8+ years as a practicing attorney with relevant experience. Current member of the California State Bar and in good standing. Extensive experience in documenting, amending, and collecting real and personal property secured commercial credits, ranging from small business through middle market transactions.
