The Corporate Counsel is the commercial and contractual lead in the Legal & Business Affairs Department on simple and complex commercial, international, and procurement agreements for the region, which includes US, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Reporting to the General Counsel, Americas, this position will review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents for Detection in the Americas, support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes & policies, and provide legal support in other areas as needed including corporate governance, transactions, and litigation. Provide legal support, advice, and counsel to the Americas region.
