The Corporate Counsel position is responsible for working as a member of company’s global legal and compliance team to manage and supervise on a worldwide basis matters involving some or all of the following: negotiations, contract drafting, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret as well as other intellectual property, credit agreements, credit facilities, collections, extensions of credit, bankruptcy, mergers, acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate governance, labor, employment, benefits, compensation, environmental compliance, privacy laws, trade compliance, import and export regulation and government contracting, and other matters or disputes as required. The Corporate Counsel is required to work and interact with business leaders (including its subsidiaries and affiliates). The candidate is expected to advise in resolving business and legal issues in conjunction with all levels of the management.
