Company is seeking an in-house corporate attorney who will be responsible for negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching, and executing a wide variety of agreements for companies and clients. Agreements will include, but not be limited to, marketing agreements, advertising agreements, software agreement, license agreements, real estate leases, confidentiality agreements, and other general business contracts both domestically and internationally. Represents the corporation before administrative boards and court trials.
