The Associate General Counsel will have responsibility for providing legal support and counseling to functional teams on general corporate matters, with a particular focus on reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts. The position reports to the Vice President of Legal Affairs and requires significant interaction with other corporate stakeholders. Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including CDAs, MTAs, service agreements, consulting agreements, development agreements, licensing agreements, supply agreements, outsourcing agreements, clinical trial agreements and other applicable agreements to support the business.
