The Corporate Counsel will report to the General Counsel and will be responsible for supporting the company's activities in the U.S., Canada and online. This position represents one of five lawyers in the company's Legal Department. Reviewing and commenting on commercial contracts of all types (including purchase, distribution, supply, manufacturing, outsourcing, licensing, marketing, sponsorship, publicity, confidentiality and service agreements). Advising on technology and e-commerce initiatives, including Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Apple Passbook, mobile website, iPhone application, Tumblr, Facebook and Sephora's hosted online community forum.
