The incumbent will be responsible for providing sound and timely advice and support for all legal and compliance matters involving employment, labor and benefits for company and certain affiliated companies. The individual will partner with Human Resources and company management as a resource for counsel in their day to day responsibilities, to help ensure compliance of our employment and labor practices and to mitigate risk. Counsel, support and advise Human Resources and management on a broad range of employment matters including employment agreements, performance management, disputes, terminations and hiring practices.
