Staff Attorney will provide analysis, advice and counsel on a wide variety of legal issues in the mortgage servicing and subservicing arena. The attorney will provide counsel and expertise on drafting Subservicing Agreements, contracts, amendments and non-disclosure agreements. Provides legal analysis, advice and counsel to the Company's officers and managers concerning assigned corporate, financial, regulatory, personnel, and contractual matters; actively support, as assigned, internal business departments and for the marketing SVP. Reviews, evaluates, and comments on Company contracts, and advises the General Counsel of the legal risk associated with such obligations and, to the extent delegated, documents or negotiates such transactions.
