The primary focus of this position is to provide legal support to the company for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and complex commercial arrangements. Additional responsibilities include work on general corporate matters, corporate governance, legal department forms and processes and contract work for corporate service groups (e.g. accounting and travel). The attorney will primarily support the Corporate Development Department and will also work directly with various business units and their dedicated attorneys.
