Company is seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President and General Counsel to join its legal team. Reporting to the Head of company, this person should have relevant operational, legal real estate background and strong retail real estate experience to serve the development team. The ideal candidate is one who is detail and process oriented, but can also juggle changing priorities while offering excellent customer-focused legal services to clients, employees, senior management, third party lenders and others. The position will provide general real estate legal support and be responsible for providing legal services relating to all aspects of the real estate development business, as well as a wide variety of legal real estate, real estate finance and corporate governance issues.
