Primary responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating and advising the business team on commercial and contractual matters, including inbound and outbound license and service agreements, partnership/collaboration agreements, terms of service agreements and privacy policies. Collaborative partner to the COO tasked to work with a high functioning team capable of supporting multiple business segments, product portfolios, functional leaders, and geographic office locations with timely and accurate financial reporting. Review marketing and promotional materials and product guidelines for compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
