This role requires a highly reliable, motivated, and organized individual. The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Provide substantive advice and counsel on wide-ranging corporate law, governance and entity maintenance issues. Review and draft corporate resolutions, contracts and other documents. Draft minutes and perform other Corporate Secretary functions for bank and subsidiaries’ boards and/or committees meetings. Handle trademarks and intellectual property matters with support from outside counsel.
