This position reports to the Vice President, Legal and is responsible for handling various legal matters involving the company. Provide counsel, advice, and other legal services to the company regarding certain subject matters, including, without limitation, a broad scope of commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity management, financing transactions, membership, and other business-related matters. Draft contracts, agreements, letters, legal memoranda, and other legal and non-legal documents.
