This is a key, high level position within Company’s Legal Department reporting to the General Counsel and primarily responsible for providing close support to one or more of company’s Divisions on all legal matters. This Senior Counsel role will also have management responsibility. Further details of anticipated responsibilities are as follows: Manage and work closely with a team of contracts professionals in connection with the review, analysis, negotiation and management approval of contracts related to the sale of water and wastewater treatment equipment, systems and services, including supply agreements, construction contracts, bid and proposals, pilot agreements and licensing agreements.
