Primary responsibility for overseeing global digital enforcement and content piracy matters and related client advice; additional work assisting in various IP matters handled by the Legal Department, including administration of the organization's trademark prosecution docket, trademark search/clearance, research/client advice regarding a variety of IP issues (including trademark, copyright, advertising/marketing and right of publicity), IP enforcement, and management of related litigation. Assisting in overseeing litigation involving the foregoing issues. Overseeing Digital Rights Enforcement team in connection with foregoing issues.
