We are looking for a collaborative, energetic attorney with experience supporting business development, strategic alliances, partnerships and other technology transactions. You will focus on supporting a high-performing Business Development team on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including data, content, mobile, and software license agreements (both inbound and outbound). You will work closely with Legal team colleagues, as well as with business leaders throughout the company, advising on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to business development.
