Drive overall legal strategy while managing day-to-day legal operations. Provide counsel to the executive team and Board of Directors on a range of compliance, risk management and corporate governance matters. Provide practical legal advice and support across all business functions, including sales, business development, product management, marketing, engineering, human resources, litigation, intellectual property and real estate for domestic and international operations. Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of complex agreements by working collaboratively with business and functional teams.
