This position is responsible for supporting an exciting variety of complex commercial litigation matters both inside and outside of the U.S. including, among others, antitrust, contract, advertising, class action, employment, and product liability matters, as well as government proceedings. Assist in developing successful litigation strategies. Supervise and direct outside counsel in execution of strategies. Counsel clients in all areas of the business and at all levels of management on legal issues, including creative approaches to dispute resolution. Identify moderately complex legal issues related to assigned matter; propose alternative solutions.
