Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Counsel will lead all legal functions for company’s global operations. The GC will work closely with the senior management team and Deputy GC and be responsible for regulatory matters, development of legal policies and controls, day-to-day business support, corporate governance, negotiating contractual matters with business and banking partners, liaising with law enforcement and regulators, and providing legal counsel on structuring business transactions as well as new products and services in the cryptocurrency space. Provide sound legal advice on all issues affecting the existing and future business where both risks and their mitigation strategies are clearly identified.
