Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position: English Law qualified with a minimum of 5 years PQE within the disputes team of top commercial law firms. Experience in-house will be considered as a positive, but is not required, as will experience within the pharmaceutical sector. Ability to work with commercial executives and communicate abstract concepts. Ability to present to a high level within the organization and to groups outside of the organization. Must be able to review, interpret, and discuss governing regulations, precedent interpretations, and current application.
