This role will report to the Senior In-House Legal Counsel and will be based in Dublin, Ireland. Some travel to the facilities UK may be required as well as periodic trips to Europe. Here's how this role will help: drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts in the R&D area including development, collaboration, clinical trial and confidentiality agreements, and in general commercial agreement (services, purchase, and consultancy). Providing legal advice to the business in relation to a wide variety of R&D, clinical trial and general commercial/ contract matters. Support the Senior In-House Legal Counsel on various complex agreements, transactions or legal issues in order to provide efficient and accurate support to the various business units within the respiratory franchise.
